How much does each order really leave you?

Restaurants take orders through delivery apps, WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram and walk-ins, often all at once. After commission, delivery, discounts and staff time, two channels with the same sales can leave you very different amounts.

The free Restaurant Profitability Assessment

What you do

Fill in a one-page worksheet for one normal week. Rough figures are fine, and you can leave out anything you'd rather not share.

What you get

A short written comparison of what each ordering channel left you that week, where the biggest differences are, and two or three things worth looking at. We send it within 3 working days.

What we don't do

We don't ask for access to your systems, we don't share your figures, and there's no obligation to buy anything.

How the comparison works (an illustration)

These figures are an illustration only, not real rates from any delivery app or restaurant. They compare a single ₦8,000 order, with food and packaging at 40% of the price.

The point isn't that one channel is always better. It's that the answer depends on who pays for what.

Or just talk to us

If you'd rather start with a conversation, we'd like to hear how ordering and regular customers work in your restaurant. It takes about 20 minutes, and there's no sales pitch.

Where we are

Restaurants are the first sector we're studying in depth. We're speaking with owners and managers in Lagos, Abuja and Uyo, and we'll share what we learn here, anonymised, once we've spoken with enough of them.
