Delivered digitally as concept floor plan sketches and elevational studies.
Includes brief review, concept development, and one revision round.
Drawing Set — Standard
A complete set of architectural drawings for a standard residential or small commercial building. Includes floor plans, elevations (all four sides), cross sections, and site plan. Produced in CAD or Revit to professional standard. Suited for construction, contractor tendering, or authority submission. Client must provide accurate site measurements or a survey drawing. Delivered as a full digital drawing package in PDF and DWG format.
Building type complexity and number of drawing sheets are the primary variables.
3D Visualisation (per view)
A single photorealistic 3D rendered view of a building or interior. Produced from the approved architectural drawings using professional rendering software. Shows materials, lighting, landscape context, and spatial quality as it would appear when built. Used for client presentations, investor decks, marketing materials, and planning applications. Delivered as a high-resolution digital image.
Requires approved drawings or concept before rendering begins. Complex exterior scenes with full landscape context sit at the upper end.
Technical Construction Package
Detailed technical drawings providing the information needed for construction and regulatory submission. Scope varies by country — working drawings for Nigerian building authority submission, Building Regulations compliant drawings for UK building control, or technical specification drawings for US permit applications. Includes structural coordination notes, material specifications, and compliance annotations relevant to the client's jurisdiction. Client is responsible for all government submission fees. Delivered as a full digital technical drawing set.
UK Building Regulations packages sit at the upper end. Nigerian working drawings sit at the lower end.
Interior Layout Plan
A detailed 2D drawing showing the interior arrangement of a single floor or commercial unit. Includes furniture layout, circulation routes, space labelling, and dimensions. Used for property fit-outs, office design, show apartment presentation, and spatial planning. Client provides room dimensions. Delivered as a formatted 2D plan in PDF and DWG format.

Desktop Site Assessment
A professional assessment of a site's development potential based entirely on available secondary data sources — satellite imagery, planning portal records, mapping data, environmental databases, and council development plans. Identifies planning constraints, access considerations, environmental factors, and development opportunities. This is a desktop-only service and does not substitute for a physical site survey. Limitations of the desktop approach are clearly documented in the report. Delivered as a structured written report with supporting map extracts.
Availability and depth of planning portal data for the specific location affects the upper bound.
Government Approval Package
A complete package of drawings and documents prepared for submission to the relevant planning or building authority. Scope is jurisdiction-specific — Town Planning Development Permit drawings for Nigeria, Planning Application drawings and documents for the UK, or Zoning and Building Permit drawings for the US. Includes all drawings and written statements required by the relevant authority for a standard residential or small commercial submission. Government submission fees and physical submission to the authority are the client's direct responsibility. Delivered as a complete digital submission package.
Nigerian Town Planning packages are typically faster. UK Planning Application packages sit at the upper end due to supporting documentation requirements.
